For this light side dish steam broccoli and cauliflower using your preferred method. After they are steamed to your desired tenderness place them in large bowl. In a small bowl combine a heaping spoonful of mild, white miso, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper and whisk to combine. Alternately you can place the ingredients in a jar and shake them. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss. Arrange them on a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped red bell pepper, sesame seeds, and strips of seaweed.
