Overnight oats with vanilla Greek yogurt, banana, and mini chocolate chips.
Mix a 1/4 cup of oatmeal with 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk (dairy, almond, soy, etc.) If you like your oats chewy then use standard oats instead of quick oats and use minimal milk. If you want them to soften completely, use quick oats with more milk. Once you’ve mixed the oats layer it decoratively with yogurt (Greek or regular) and fruit or other yummy things. Yep, it’s THAT easy. If you want something you can take with you in the morning make it in a portable container the night before. In the morning grab your overnight oats and a spoon and off you go!
