The Bon Vivants that have read The Tasteful Muse, Volume One know of my love for pesto and, just how versatile I think it is. Yesterday I discovered a new use…. pesto cocktail sauce. I had a bag of cooked shrimp and was in a rush for an appetizer. I mixed equal portions of pesto, creamy horseradish, and ketchup. It tasted so much like cocktail sauce but vastly improved. Try it, it’s easy and delicious.
