Did you overindulge at yesterday’s picnic? Time to eat salad for a few day? I can’t seem to get tired of this one – Strawberries, Feta and Balsamic.
On a bed of greens (romaine, spinach, green leaf, or arugula),
place some strawberry wedges and other fruits (melon cubes, grapes, cubed peaches, sliced figs),
sprinkle with feta cheese (or blue cheese),
drizzle it with balsamic vinegar and enjoy.
